Premier Student Halls | 2026/27 Academic Year

THIS PROMOTION IS MANAGED AND OPERATED BY PREMIER STUDENT HALLS AND APPLIES TO THE 2026/27 ACADEMIC YEAR ONLY.

Definitions

"Cashback" means a monetary payment of £300 made to the eligible tenant by Premier Student Halls following the satisfaction of all conditions set out below.

"Booking" means a completed booking for the 2026/27 academic year which requires You to sign a Tenancy Agreement with Premier Student Halls that is accepted, and all required documentation to be provided and accepted.

"Direct Booking" means a booking made by You personally and directly with Premier Student Halls via the website (premierstudenthalls.com), by telephone, WhatsApp, or in person at the property. For the avoidance of doubt, a Direct Booking does not include any booking facilitated through a third-party agent, platform, or intermediary.

"Eligible Rooms" means the following rooms only at Cadnam Hall and Duncan Smith House, Harborne, Birmingham:

  • Deluxe Studio, First Floor - Cadnam Hall
  • Deluxe Studio, Ground Floor - Cadnam Hall
  • 5 Bed Deluxe, Third Floor - Cadnam Hall
  • 2 Bed Duplex Classic, Second Floor - Duncan Smith House
  • 2 Bed Duplex Deluxe, Third Floor - Duncan Smith House
  • The Lodge Deluxe, First / Second / Third Floor - Duncan Smith House
  • 8 Bed Deluxe, Third Floor - Duncan Smith House

"Promotional Code" means the code JUNEOFFER, required to be entered at the time of completing Your booking in order to activate the Cashback Offer.

"We / Us / Our" means Premier Student Halls, operating at Cadnam Hall and Duncan Smith House, Harborne, Birmingham.

"You / Your" means the individual applicant for a tenancy at a Premier Student Halls property for the 2026/27 academic year.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Cashback Offer, You must:

  • Have made a Direct Booking only. You will not be eligible for this Offer if You have booked through any third-party agent, letting platform, or intermediary, or have not entered into a Tenancy Agreement directly with Premier Student Halls. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes any circumstances where a third party has acted as an agent or intermediary on Your behalf or on behalf of Premier Student Halls.
  • Have booked one of the Eligible Rooms listed above for a minimum tenancy length of 45 weeks commencing before January 2027.
  • Have entered the Promotional Code JUNEOFFER at the time of completing Your booking. Promotional Codes cannot be applied retrospectively. Bookings made without the code JUNEOFFER will not be eligible for the Offer.
  • Have signed Your Tenancy Agreement and returned all required documentation within 7 days of the booking being confirmed.
  • Be the named lead tenant on the Tenancy Agreement. In cases of joint occupancy, only the lead named tenant is eligible.

Conditions for Payment

You will receive the Cashback payment when all of the following conditions have been met:

  • You have checked into Your room at the relevant Premier Student Halls property.
  • You have paid all rent instalments due as at 1 November 2026 and do not owe Premier Student Halls any outstanding fees or charges as at that date; or You have paid Your rent in full for the entire tenancy year.
  • You have not been in breach of Your Tenancy Agreement as at the date of payment.

If You do not meet all of the above conditions by 1 November 2026, You will not be eligible for the Offer.

Payment

  • Subject to all conditions being met, the £300 Cashback will be paid by bank transfer to the account details You provide, no later than 30 November 2026.
  • It is Your responsibility to provide accurate bank account details. Premier Student Halls accepts no liability for payments made to incorrect account details provided by You.
  • The Cashback is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any alternative benefit.
  • Only one Cashback payment per Tenancy Agreement will be made regardless of the number of tenants named on the agreement.

Cancellation and Tenancy Release

  • If You request to be released from Your Tenancy Agreement and We accept, We reserve the right to withdraw this Cashback Offer and/or deduct the value of any Cashback already paid from any refund due to You.
  • If Your Tenancy Agreement is terminated due to a breach of its terms, You will forfeit eligibility for the Cashback and any amount already paid may be recovered by Premier Student Halls.
  • The Cashback Offer will be automatically withdrawn if Your booking is cancelled for any reason prior to check-in.

General

  • Premier Student Halls reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or substitute this Offer at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect bookings already confirmed with the Promotional Code JUNEOFFER.
  • Premier Student Halls reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any individual found to have provided false information or acted in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  • This Offer is not available in conjunction with any agent-facilitated booking. Premier Student Halls will verify the booking channel prior to issuing any Cashback payment.
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • These Terms and Conditions do not affect Your statutory rights as a tenant under the Renters' Rights Act 2025 or any other applicable legislation.
