Cashback Offer - Terms and Conditions

Premier Student Halls | 2026/27 Academic Year

THIS PROMOTION IS MANAGED AND OPERATED BY PREMIER STUDENT HALLS AND APPLIES TO THE 2026/27 ACADEMIC YEAR ONLY.

Definitions

"Cashback" means a reduction of up to £500 in the rent payable by the eligible tenant, applied by Premier Student Halls following the satisfaction of all conditions set out below. The Cashback amount depends on the room type, room location, and tenancy length selected.

"Booking" means a completed booking for the 2026/27 academic year which requires You to sign a Tenancy Agreement with Premier Student Halls that is accepted, and all required documentation to be provided and accepted.

"Eligible Rooms" means the following rooms only at Cadnam Hall and Duncan Smith House, Harborne, Birmingham:

  • Ground floor 6 Bed Classic rooms in Block B and Block C - Cadnam Hall
  • Ground floor 6 Bed Deluxe rooms in Block B and Block C - Cadnam Hall
  • Classic Studio rooms A and B - Duncan Smith House
  • 2 Bed Duplex Classic, Second Floor - Duncan Smith House
  • The Lodge Deluxe, First / Second / Third Floor - Duncan Smith House
  • 1 Bed Classic Flat - Duncan Smith House

"Promotional Code" means the code JULYOFFER, required to be entered at the time of completing Your booking in order to activate the Cashback Offer.

"We / Us / Our" means Premier Student Halls, operating at Cadnam Hall and Duncan Smith House, Harborne, Birmingham.

"You / Your" means the individual applicant for a tenancy at a Premier Student Halls property for the 2026/27 academic year.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Cashback Offer, You must:

  • Have booked one of the Eligible Rooms listed above for a minimum tenancy length of 45 weeks commencing before January 2027.
  • Have entered the Promotional Code JULYOFFER at the time of completing Your booking. Promotional Codes cannot be applied retrospectively. Bookings made without the code JULYOFFER will not be eligible for the Offer.
  • Have signed Your Tenancy Agreement and returned all required documentation within 7 days of the booking being confirmed.
  • Be the named lead tenant on the Tenancy Agreement. In cases of joint occupancy, only the lead named tenant is eligible.
  • For 1 Bed Classic Flat bookings at Duncan Smith House, the room may be booked for dual occupancy, but the Offer applies to single occupancy bookings only. If dual occupancy is selected, added, or otherwise applies to the booking, the Cashback is void and will not be applied.

Cashback amounts

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Cashback amount will be applied as follows:

  • £250 Cashback: Classic Studio rooms A and B at Duncan Smith House.
  • £250 Cashback: 2 Bed Duplex Classic and The Lodge Deluxe rooms at Duncan Smith House.
  • £300 Cashback: 1 Bed Classic Flat rooms at Duncan Smith House.
  • £500 Cashback: Ground floor 6 Bed Classic and 6 Bed Deluxe rooms in Block B and Block C at Cadnam Hall when booked for a 51 week tenancy.
  • £300 Cashback: Ground floor 6 Bed Classic and 6 Bed Deluxe rooms in Block B and Block C at Cadnam Hall when booked for a 45 or 48 week tenancy.

Conditions for the Cashback

The Cashback will be applied once all of the following conditions have been met:

  • You have checked into Your room at the relevant Premier Student Halls property.
  • You have paid all rent instalments due as at 1 November 2026 and do not owe Premier Student Halls any outstanding fees or charges as at that date; or You have paid Your rent in full for the entire tenancy year.
  • You have not been in breach of Your Tenancy Agreement as at the date the Cashback is applied.

If You do not meet all of the above conditions by 1 November 2026, You will not be eligible for the Offer.

How the Cashback is applied

Subject to all conditions being met, the relevant Cashback amount will be applied to Your rent no later than 30 November 2026, as follows:

  • If You pay Your rent by instalments: the Cashback will be taken off Your first rent instalment.
  • If You pay Your rent in full for the tenancy year: the Cashback will be taken off the total amount payable under Your Tenancy Agreement.
  • The Cashback is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any alternative benefit, including any cash payment.
  • Only one Cashback per Tenancy Agreement will be applied, regardless of the number of tenants named on the agreement.

Cancellation and Tenancy Release

  • If You request to be released from Your Tenancy Agreement and We accept, We reserve the right to withdraw this Cashback Offer and/or deduct the value of any Cashback already applied from any refund due to You.
  • If Your Tenancy Agreement is terminated due to a breach of its terms, You will forfeit eligibility for the Cashback and any amount already applied may be recovered by Premier Student Halls.
  • The Cashback Offer will be automatically withdrawn if Your booking is cancelled for any reason prior to check-in.

General

  • Premier Student Halls reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or substitute this Offer at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect bookings already confirmed with the Promotional Code JULYOFFER.
  • Premier Student Halls reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any individual found to have provided false information or acted in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • These Terms and Conditions do not affect Your statutory rights as a tenant under the Renters' Rights Act 2025 or any other applicable legislation.
