The EARLYBIRD offer is for new customers making an eligible new booking for the 2027/28 academic year at Cadnam Hall or Duncan Smith House. It does not apply to 2026/27 tenancies. Current tenants renewing their accommodation have a separate renewal offer.
The offer applies to selected room types, floors and 51-, 48- or 45-week tenancies where an EARLYBIRD price is shown. The discount varies according to the room and tenancy length selected. Duplex rooms are excluded.
Eligible rooms and rates are shown on the 2027/28 rooms page and in the booking journey. Rooms are subject to availability.
EARLYBIRD reduces the weekly rent for the eligible tenancy. The saving is the difference between the standard rent and the EARLYBIRD rent for the same room and tenancy length, multiplied by the number of tenancy weeks. The struck-through price is the standard weekly rate.
The advertised maximum saving of £2,040 per year is a saving over a 51-week tenancy in a Cadnam Hall 1 Bed Flat: £40 per week × 51 weeks. For the same room type, a £40 weekly discount saves £1,920 over 48 weeks or £1,800 over 45 weeks. Other rooms have different savings. The maximum is not a saving for every room or a payment for a 52-week calendar year.
Use discount code EARLYBIRD during booking. The code is automatically applied to eligible 2027/28 selections in our website booking journey and carried through when you continue to secure your room. If you enter the booking system directly, check that EARLYBIRD is applied before completing your booking.
Check the discounted rate for your chosen tenancy in the booking summary. If the offer is not showing correctly, contact the accommodation team before completing your booking.
The discount is a reduction in rent, not a cashback payment. EARLYBIRD is applied once; it is not added a second time to prices already shown as EARLYBIRD rates. The booking system accepts one promotional code for a booking.
The security deposit remains payable separately. Your agreed discounted rent, tenancy length and payment schedule are recorded as part of your booking and tenancy agreement.
If you change your room, floor or tenancy length before confirming your booking, eligibility and the discount are recalculated for the new selection. Any agreed change to a confirmed booking, including a lower price under the promise below, will be recorded in an updated tenancy agreement.
The cancellation policy and the terms of your tenancy agreement apply to your booking. EARLYBIRD does not create a separate cancellation fee or remove your statutory rights.
Book with EARLYBIRD knowing that you can benefit if our prices fall. If, after this offer period, Premier Student Halls offers a lower price to new customers for an equivalent 2027/28 booking, we will make that lower price available to you. You will be able to move to the lower-priced contract at no extra cost, with no fee for making the change.
The comparison must be for the same property, room type and grade, floor, tenancy length, tenancy start and end dates, occupancy and payment terms as your EARLYBIRD booking. The promise applies only where all of these details match your booking.
The Lowest Price Promise applies to new customers only. Renewal prices and offers reserved for existing tenants are excluded.
